Jay D. Lussan
Mr. Lussan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School. He has served
as the CEO of several high technology, intellectual asset-based, and consumer goods manufacturing firms, including three that went public. As a former Arthur Andersen partner, Mr. Lussan was the partner in-charge of technology, firm wide, for the Legal Consulting Services practice, structuring intellectual property transactions for clients and the firm.


Derek S. Hall
An engineering graduate (with honors) of Leicester University, UK, Derek has built many successful software systems in a variety of industries. He has worked for manufacturing and software companies in the UK, Europe and the US. Derek's experience with software development, implementation, and contract negotiation, make him a valuable resource for
our IT practice. Derek remains current with the latest technologies.


Richard L. Pearlstone — Advisory Board Member
Mr. Pearlstone is President of the Pearlstone Group, Inc. a diverse real estate development and financial services firm with a national presence. He has served as Chairman and CEO of a private asset management firm, and a senior executive for retail mall development.


John L. Palmer, Ph.D. — Advisory Board Member
Dr. Palmer served on the faculty of Harvard Medical School where he authored the first of his twelve US biotech patents. in 1985, Dr. Palmer founded Enzymatics, Inc., funded by three rounds of venture financing and an IPO. He also formed and raised financing for two additional biotechnology companies. Dr. Palmer has a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of California at San Diego and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Brandeis University. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional and a member of the Turnaround Management Association, serving recently as Plan Administrator in charge of Montgomery Wards’ Chapter 11 liquidation.


Matthew Ghourdjian — Advisory Board Member
Mr. Ghourdjian has 27 years experience designing, building, implementing and operating information technology solutions in the telecommunication, healthcare, legal and financial services industries. Matt is a former Partner of Arthur Andersen, LLP and served as Managing Partner for KPMG’s Advanced Technology Group. More recently Mr. Ghourdjian led served as CIO of Ditech.com and subsequently as CIO for Cash-Call.com. Mr. Ghourdjian’s successful start-ups also include Cogility Software Corporation and Ceira Technologies.
