Mr. Lussan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School. He has served
as the CEO of several high technology, intellectual asset-based, and consumer goods manufacturing firms, including three that went public. As a former Arthur Andersen partner, Mr. Lussan was the partner in-charge of technology, firm wide, for the Legal Consulting Services practice, structuring intellectual property transactions for clients and the firm.

An engineering graduate (with honors) of Leicester University, UK, Derek has built many successful software systems in a variety of industries. He has worked for manufacturing and software companies in the UK, Europe and the US. Derek's experience with software development, implementation, and contract negotiation, make him a valuable resource for
our IT practice. Derek remains current with the latest technologies.
